Fettuccine with Salmon and Zucchini in Creamy Sauce
This is my another simple pasta recipe. I combined salmon and zucchini in creamy sauce. It's easy, healthy and tasty! 😉
Fettucinne with Salmon and Zucchini in Creamy Sauce
Serve : 2
200 gr dried fettuccine
200 gr salmon fillet (without skin), cut into bite size pieces
100 gr zucchini, cut into bite size pieces
200 ml whipping cream
2 cloves garlic, peal and chop
salt and pepper
some grated parmesan
Season the salmon pieces with salt, pepper and a small amount of olive oil. Set aside.
Boil fettucine in salted water. Follow the instructions on the package about how long they should be cooked. After they are cooked (al dente), drain them but leave some cooking water.
In a pan over medium high heat add in some olive oil, then put the salmon into it. Saute them for a while then add in chop garlic. Continue sauteing until the salmon fully cooked.
Add in zucchini. Let them cook for one minute, then pour in the cream.
Add in cooked fettucine, then turn down the heat. Stir carefully and season with salt and pepper. Add in grated parmesan, stir them again. Turn off the heat and transfer them into serving plates.
