Fried Fish Balls

I like to use these fish balls as an extra ingredients for sauteed vegetables, soup (Asian style), fried rice and fried noodles. But it could be served as savory snack with chili sauce dip.

Prepare a frying pan over medium high heat, add in frying oil. Wait until the oil is hot enough.

Scoop the fish paste with ice cream scoop then gently drop it into hot oil. Repeat until the pan is quite full but not over crowded. Fry them until golden brown in color. Drain them onto paper towel to remove excess oil. Repeat this process until the paste is finished.
