Grilled Squid with Garlic and Herbs
Serve : 4
You need :
a grill pan
500 gr squid, chop
2 cloves garlic, peel and chop
4 tbsp olive oil
chopped basil leaves
chopped parsley leaves (+ extra for garnishing)
salt and pepper to taste
squeeze of lemon juice
Wipe the squid pieces with paper towel to remove excess water. Add in garlic and olive oil into them. Mix them.
Heat the grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the squid for few minutes or until cooked (stir them constantly).
Add in the chopped parsley and basil. Stir again a little bit, turn off the heat. Transfer into serving plates. Squeeze the lemon over the squid, garnish with extra parsley leaves.
