Reef and Beef Salad

This salad was inspired by Vapiano, a German restaurant company which serve Italian "semi-fast" food. Vapiano's reef and beef salad has become my favorite dish and I would always order this dish everytime I visit vapiano. This salad is unique and rich because it contains vegetable salad (of course), roasted Mediterranean vegetables, beef and shrimps. The name "reef and beef" has the same meaning with "surf and turf" which could be understood as "seafood and meat". I choose yogurt balsamic dressing for this salad but you can always substitute the dressing with your favorite one.
