Sauteed Bokchoy and Tofu

This is a simple healthy side-dish for your family. It's a perfect combination : the crunchiness of bokchoy and the soft tenderness of silk tofu. This dish is also suitable for vegan. Bokchoy and silk tofu could be found almost in every asian market in Europe. I can find bokchoy in German supermarkets recently, it has thicker stalks and tastes a little bit different.
