Sauteed Celery and Shrimps

This is healthy because celery is one of high-fiber food. You don't have to consume celery by juicing it with water. Sauteed celery taste better 😉 If you're a vegan, just skip the shrimps and the fish sauce.

Sauteed Celery and Shrimps

Serve : 2

Ingredients :
275 gr chopped celery stalks
80 gr (10 medium size) shrimps, cut into 1 cm pieces
1 garlic clove, peel and smash
2 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sake or Chinese cooking wine
50 ml water
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps :
In a pan over medium high heat, add cooking oil and garlic, fry until fragrance and starts to golden.

Add in the shrimps, fish sauce and sake. Saute for a while then add in celery and water. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the water reduces, don't cook it too long, the celery should be still crunchy. Turn off the heat, serve immediately with white rice and other dishes.
