Sauteed Green Beans, Carrots and Eggs
Just another quick and simple vegetable recipe as your side dish. I always have these three things in the kitchen which are frozen green beans, carrots and eggs. They create colorful, healthy and tasty dish for accompanying your meat dish like Sweet Braised Pork Ribs, Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Sweet Pork Satay, Braised Pork Belly in Sweet Soy Sauce, etc.
Sauteed Green Beans, Carrots, and Eggs
Serve : 4
200 gr green beans, cut into bite size pieces
1 carrot, peel and slice
1 clove garlic, peel and smash
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste
Prepare a pan over medium high heat then pour in cooking oil. Add in garlic, saute until fragrance.
Add in the eggs, scramble them carefully, then add in green beans and carrots. Stir them for a while, turn down the heat and pour in water. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat.
Transfer them to a serving plate.
