Souvlaki (Greek Meat Skewer)

I love Greek food especially their meat dishes combined with tzatziki (yogurt sauce). I have visited few good Greek restaurants here in Germany, they serve very authentic dishes. But you actually don't need to go to Greek restaurants to enjoy Greek food, we could cook it yourself at home, Greek yogurt is sold in almost every supermarkets. I like to use pork for this dish, but you can substitute it with lamb or chicken.
